How do I choose the right subscription plan?

QR API plans are primarily based on the approximate volume of QR Codes you need per month. Choose the plan based on the number of API requests (number of QR Codes you need in a month) and request rate (number of maximum requests you plan to send in a second). The available plans are — Starter (upto 2,500 QR Codes/month), Advanced (upto 25,000 QR Codes/month), and Pro (upto 1 Million QR Codes/month).

What will happen if I exceed the monthly API Request limit?

If you exceed the monthly API request limit for QR API, an error will be returned saying "User API request limit has expired". To increase the monthly limit, upgrade to a higher plan by logging into your API account.

What will happen to my API Requests after expiry of free trial/subscription?

If your QR API free trial or subscription has expired, your API key will become invalid and any API requests sent with that key will return a QR Code image with a watermark that cannot be scanned. To restore functionality, you will need to login and renew your subscription.

What is QR API's refund policy?

The QR API refund policy states that no refunds are given for normal cases such as ending the use of services or dissatisfaction. The only cases where a refund will be made are if the user is charged accidentally due to auto-renewal, if they upgrade plans and have credits remaining on the previous subscription, or if they face recurring technical issues with the API that affect QR Code generation. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and dealt with by the customer relations team on a case-by-case basis.

How do I cancel my API Subscription?

To cancel the subscription, log in to the account, go to the subscription option, and click on "Cancel Auto Renewal." This will stop future billing and the API key will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. The API key can be reactivated anytime by restarting the subscription.
